Over a number of incredible years, Moveit4smiles has taken on some fantastic challenges - all to raise awareness of mouth cancer.

The group has raised around £30,000 for good causes and continues to inspire others to get moving in the fight against mouth cancer. Here are some of the group's most memorable fundraising efforts....
